LISTEN! This was the best tour I've ever been on. Not one of the best. THE BEST!

Robby was great in every way. He was informative, he was funny. He even got my kids involved and they had a great time.

I learned so much about Jerusalem. If I ever get to come back, and I hope I do, I'm only taking tours from Robby.

Can’t say enough good about our experience with this tour. Robby tailored the trip to what we personally wanted to see and to our eclectic group of adults, teens, and one child—and EVERYONE loved it. The kids were engaged and cracking up.

He showed us places we wouldn’t have been able to find without a local guide. Plus, he was hilarious and made Jerusalem’s history come to life.

This is THE BEST way to see the city—from a guide who lives here and clearly loves this city and the history of it. Highly, highly recommend. Cancel any other tours; hang out with Robby and see Jerusalem with your new smart, funny friend.

Robby was an amazing tour guide - knowledgeable, insightful, friendly and funny. We did a full day tour in Jerusalem and a full day in Masada/Dead Sea. He organized the days wonderfully so that we were able to see all the highlights (including many we didn’t know about!), perfectly navigating the complicated schedules of the different sites without missing a beat.

He has deep historical knowledge and understanding of the cultural context. We came away feeling like we immersed ourselves in a slice of Israeli history and culture, even in a short time.

We had a great experience with Robby as our tour guide in both Old Jerusalem and the Masada area. He knew exactly how to plan the days so we could see the most important sites and took time to figure out what we might most want to learn about. We saw places we wouldn't have known to visit and learned a lot!

I appreciated his range of knowledge and understanding - I never felt like I had been given a one-sided interpretation. He was able to give us a lot of history and context in a short amount of time.

We also enjoyed spending time and chatting with him - all in all a really terrific experience.

We took this tour of the old city in Jerusalem at the last minute, and ended up learning so much more than expected. Robby explained in much detail, the nuances of the different populations and their perspectives relating to the old city. We ended up sharing strudel and hot chocolate in the Austrian hostel with spectacular views of the old city. An absolutely memorable day!

Highly recommend!

We did several tours during our trip to the Holy Land and this was the best BY FAR! I

had read several books about Jerusalem beforehand and didn't think I could learn more during this tour. I was wrong!

Robby had fascinating and insightful stories of the history and culture of the Old City and even customized the tour to meet the needs of a pretty diverse group--including young kids and the mobility impaired.

Not only did he know a lot but he kept it fun. He quizzed our teens, he pointed out hidden gems of the city. And he even kept the group from getting scammed by the pushy market salesman.

Other tours were slow, boring, and built around kickbacks from local shop owners Not this one. Highly recommend!

If we come back to the Holy Land I am only taking tours from Robby!

Robby is a fantastic guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of present and past Jerusalem. As a fluent speaker of English, Hebrew and Arabic he has insight into the lives of different groups that make Jerusalem their home and I appreciated his balanced perspective.

If you want not only see the major sights but to go beneath the surface (both metaphorically and literally).

I highly recommend him!

Really appreciated having a tour guide that spoke Arabic, Hebrew and English for my visit to the Old City.

As a local, I appreciated Robby's ability to show me lesser known places and encounter new people in a city where I have lived for many years. The views of the Dome of the Rock from the Omariya boys schools were exceptional, as was shtrudel near the New Gate.

Robby is knowledgeable and entertaining. Even if you know Jerusalem, he'll show you some "hidden treasures" you might not have known about. There were times when his multilingual capabilities - Hebrew, Arabic, and English - came in useful.

We spent the whole day with Robby in Tel Aviv-Yafo. Robby has a deep experience in life, from having studied in a yeshiva (Jewish religious seminary), to learning Arabic, having been a stand up comic and run an organ donation not-for-profit.

His knowledge is deep and style is open and friendly. Definitely a catch!

Our time exploring Jaffa and Tel Aviv with Robby was informative and fun. He’s easy going and a great conversation on all topics historical and architectural and then some more. He really knew the ins and outs of the place. Speaking Arabic as well as Hebrew opened many doors, metaphorically as well as literally.

I toured for 2 days with Robby. The first day with my adult daughter and second by myself while staying in Tel Aviv. The tours were wonderful!! Robby is knowledgeable, interesting, has great people skills and funny. We toured Jaffa, Tel Aviv, Caesarea, and surrounding areas. He speaks 3 languages which is a must in Israel.

I would recommend him to everyone visiting Israel and wanting to know both past and present history in the area. Robby is also empathetic, understanding and an engaging storyteller.

Robby not only gives you history and background but brings in personal experiences at different locations. I've been on many tours and you feel that Robby is not just spewing the same old thing--he was constantly interacting with the locals to understand more about where we were walking to understand any new thing that he could share with the group. He speaks English, Hebrew, and Arabic and was able to talk to anyone we met.

As we were walking more people just heard his tour and just came along--he was so interesting that some people even jumped from another tour to join his.

We actually joined him earlier in the week touring the Christian/Jewish/Muslim quarter in Jerusalem and enjoyed him so much that we joined his tour of Jaffa later in the week.

Extremely well priced --My wife & I were very happy to tip him well at the end of our tour --he was well worth it!

His deep historical knowledge, connections to local culture, and great sense of humor allowed our family of 3 generations immerse into centuries of Jerusalem’s developments. Our young kids greatly appreciated his interactive approach and were engaged for the duration of the tour.

Robby pointed out details that made his stories come alive and explained different historical points of view.

Robby’s tour was great! He knows so much about the old city of Jerusalem. He directed his messaging to the groups interest as opposed to going off a pre set script. We all got a kick out of his relationship with all the various characters in the city. I’d be excited about taking another tour with him!

When you have captivated the attention of two 20-year-olds, you know you are with a great tour guide! As we were guided through Jaffa, Robby told fascinating stories infused with humor to bring the old port city to life. He was mindful of our safety and comfort making sure to find shade whenever possible and stopping for a quick rest and some refreshments.

I will definitely seek out another tour with Robby the next time I’m in Israel and even try to catch one of his comedy shows!

The best part of Robby’s tour was how he told us the myth and the reality in a fact-based non-political way. He was funny, well-informed, organized, and interesting! As our morning tour changed with the desires of our 12 person group, Robbie easily kept the flow going, and still managed to appease the specific individual requests.

Where appropriate, he interjects humor in his delivery, thereby making your interaction very enjoyable. Robby goes above-and-beyond to ensure that you are maximizing your time and learning while enjoying the experiences. His easy nature and relatability, along with his mastery of multiple languages, allows him to freely communicate with people and offer immersive excursions. You will feel like you are traveling with a trustworthy friend who has your best interests at heart.

I traveled with a cohort of faculty and consider myself extremely lucky to have had Robby as our guide. I now consider him a friend.

We had few management members from the states visiting, so we went with them on a tour in Jaffa, guided by Robby. He took us to very unique sites that even the Israeli ones in the group didn’t visit ever. Robby’s guidance and stories were interesting, full of humor, and he was addressing the whole team. Everyone had a great time and we promised the ones that couldn’t join that we’ll do it again.

Very personable and didn't hesitate to call out myths or fallacies that some guides might be reluctant to give. We started off with a 3 hr tour but got him to extend it (for a reasonable fee) to almost 6 hours and then had a beer with him after.

We did an evening walking tour of Jaffa. Robby was extremely knowledgable and engaging. His knowledge on the history, religion and language is really impressive and we learned so much in just a few hours. He has clearly perfected the balance of educating whilst keeping the interest and humour going, and also engaging with the locals to support and humour them.

Will definitely be recommending Robby as a tour guide and hope to return to Israel and book another tour with him.
