My wife and I visited Pushkar during a tour of northern India. Babu was our guide for the afternoon.
We arrived on the last day of the famous annual camel festival. In addition, there was a supermoon that night (14 November 2016), which had significant religious significance to Hindus. This resulted in hundreds of thousands of pilgrims and people from the region converging on this relatively small town. There were huge crowds of people and horrendous traffic jams but Babu kept us safe and looked after us, as well as being a mine of useful information.
After a tour of the town (including a visit to the Brahma temple), Babu took us to the camel festival area. As it was the last day, many of the camel traders had left. However, there were still some camels there, along with a lot of horses, and it was still packed with people and numerous small stores selling all kinds of goods.
During the afternoon, we walked several miles. Babu was an invaluable companion and made sure we did not get bothered by the numerous hawkers. Overall, he did a wonderful job and was entertaining and informative company. Many thanks!!

A private tour with Babu was interesting and inriching. We visited Pushkar's lake and Brahma temple. Babu has great knowladge on the city and spices every visit with a story from the hindu mitology. He is a most interesting and kind man and knows all the hidden secret placed of the city. Most recommended! Enjoy

One of the highlights of our trip to India. But be prepared for densely-packed crowds. Bobby was a great tour guide - very knowledgeable, excellent English, and friendly.
