Fly from Addis Ababa to Dire Dawa on Ethiopian Airlines. Continue by  car (D4D)  from Dire Dawa to Harar with optional stop  at Ethiopians largest  chat market in Aweday . In the evening, you will see the “Hyena Man” feeding the hyenas that gather nightly outside the town. With a little courage, you may of course also feed the hyenas yourself!

Morning

After breakfast take a trip to see stroll through the 16th century walled city of harar which consider the fourth most important city in the Islamic world. Then the five gates and markets areas near to the gates and the old awmeshed mosque which build in 10century.

Afternoon

In side the wall ;- We will visit the home of Arthur Rimbaud, the renowned French poet who lived in Harar, the National and Harari museums; the house of Ras Mekonnen (the father of Haile Selassie); traditional Harari homes, the market and many more interesting places.

Back to hotel .

OUT OF THE TOWN

In the Morning drive to babile elephant sanctuary 25km Away from harar town.

The sanctuary was created to for the conservation of the native elephant sub-specials,and is also home to around 400 elephants. If days is Monday or Thursday we will visit   the biggest camel market in africa and the Daketa stone and marvels valley.and Koromi village

Drive from Harar to Dire Dawa Airlines  fly to Addis Ababa.  Transfer to airport for late night departure if needed.
