Amazing, thank you for this great tour!

We did this tour during our 4-day Israel trip. This tour was literally amazing, we can highly, highly recommend it. Our tour guide was Frank, who was extremely knowledgeable and told each story with lots of charme and humor. Thinking about it, Frank was probably the best tour guide we ever had - big thumbs up, 5 stars and more!!!!

Frank - thank you for an unforgettable day in Jerusalem - far exceeded all my expectations and really enjoyed seeing the “off the beaten” path sites and experiences.

Frank war ein super Reiseleiter, sehr viel erklärt und sehr bemüht um die Gruppe!!!!! Vielleicht als Info dazuschreiben dass die Tour hauptsächlich zu Fuß zu gehen ist - im Nachhinein hätte ich es mir denken können, hätte die Tour aber wegen meinem lungenkranken Mann vielleicht nicht gebucht! War mir so nicht bewusst! Danke nochmal an Frank und die Gruppe dass ihr so gut auf uns geschaut habt!!!!! Sonst jederzeit gerne wieder, alles hat perfekt geklappt! Die lange Wartezeit auf den Bus für die Rückfahrt hätte man vielleicht besser zum Besuch der Synagoge nutzen können…. aber Frank, der nichts dafür konnte hat uns die Zeit mit wunderbaren Ausblicken vom City of David Center belohnt!!!!! Freuen uns schon auf die nächste Tour!!!!!

Perfect tour if you do not have too much time and want to see many things in a short time.
Pick up in Tel Aviv meeting point and transfer to minivan. We visited the National park in Caesarea, Haifa (just a photo stop to see the Bahai Gardens but enough), Rosh Hanikra grottoes in the border with Libanon and Akko (Fortress).
Before visiting the Fortress in Akko we had lunch in a place nearby. Food was good. Maybe some people will complain, but it was more time efficient than each one going to different places.
Our guide, Frank, was nice, well organised, good explanations and open to questions. So we just enjoyed the day!

Superb thanks to tour guide Frank, whose keen personal observations, wit and care for the history and peoples made it all worthwhile, especially on a super hot day. Plus I personally wasn't crazy about being in the Dead Sea (it stings sensitive skin!), but it didn't matter! Frank's color commentary on everything from Herod the Great to the real 'milk and honey' and beyond made it a day to remember!

Never mind the fact that the subject of this trip was exceptional, but the organization of this trip was perfect. We saw the difference between a boutique trip and a normal trip everywhere in Jerusalem where we encountered other large tourist trips. Everything was top notch starting with the pick up points, the trip to and from Jerusalem, the objectives we have visited and the lunch. Frank, as the Guide, was the perfect, providing essential info on each and every point of interest as well as on the way to and from. Must do Jerusalem tour
This was a fabulous tour! We were picked up on time in Tel-Aviv and had a nice drive to Jerusalem. Frank gave us lots of information on the drive so it was very enjoyable. We arrived and started our tour. Again Frank was very good and giving lots of valuable information. All the sites are just incredible to see. We had a wonderful lunch at a rooftop restaurant and were advised what shops to avoid and which shops could be trusted (but we were not made to shop ever, we could leave lunch a little early and shop if wanted). We chose to stay in Jerusalem after the tour (you have the option of using it as a transfer or returning to Tel Aviv). Would definitely recommend this tour!!

My wife & I really enjoyed tour with you and Tony on 5/17/23. This was the best tour I have ever been on, thanks to your professional guidance.

I am that crippled old guy on the walker. I did not want to hinder the rest of the group because of my mobility issues. I learned a lot from the excellent info you provided and am now interested in learning more about Israel , I will start a personal reading program to become better informed and we hope to return for repeat visit to this wonderful country soon.
I truly enjoyed being w Tony while the other guests rook the more normal walking tour. Tony showed me a wonderful opportunity to enjoy local culture I saw a brief look atThe real world which includes smoking Shiska and the hooka with real people it was a cultural experience for me to see and enjoy a side of Israel not experienced by many visitors and will always be remembered as being something special for me. Great Jerusalem tour experience!
What an amazing and instructive experience it was, traveling from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem on this tour. Our guide was Frank Henne and driver Eyal, both of them with a great vibe and disposition to tell us the story of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Learned a lot from Frank and I believe all major important spots of Jerusalem were covered. The good thing about this tour is that there arent that many people, so its easier to walk around and get to know a bit more about each other.
Transportation was safe and clean. In the afternoon, there was a reservation for lunch in a restaurant in Jerusalem, which was really great and tasty.
Overall a very pleasant 5 star experience, definetely recommended!

Frank is super knowledgeable and personable; it was so easy to listen to his stories and soak in the history. He really made the difference in the trip for us. We are a group of 18 people in a tour. I look very hard to find a tour which will surely find interesting and not boring and we love to walk too, and sure enough I found Jerusalem boutique. Frank is our tour guide and our driver is Eyal. We were picked up from
Tel Aviiv. Believe me you will have time for picture taking. We cover a lot of places, The waling wall, gaden of gethsemane, church of all nations, holy sepulchre, Dome of the rock and etc. Our group came from different countries Canada, USA and Australia. Being said I will surely be back in Israel one day. Don’t hesitate to book this tour you will not be disappointed. This was an excellent tour. It was a hot day and Jerusalem is a busy place, but Frank was a fantastic guide. Frank gave us a helpful primer on the biblical history on the drive up, but the real value was his being a personable and informative guide when we got there. He had granular knowledge of the places we visited and did a wonderful job of painting a picture of how things were in historical times, not just how they look now. He was warm and engaging while keeping things moving without us feeling like we were being corralled. The tour covered a lot of ground, but didn't feel rushed. I would definitely use this tour for this or any other excursions they offer.

A Rewarding and Memorable Experience!!
Unbelievable!! This tour surpassed all of our expectations. The guide, Frank Henne was a true professional. He knew his facts and history and give us much appreciated overall view of the rich history in a very pleasant and entertaining way. The tour was small group and personal. The driver, Tony, was a pro as well The tour van, a Mercedes, was on time , clean , comfortable and far far superior to the large bus competitors. My husband has chronic arthritis and was unable to walk the sites without delaying & spoiling the tour for the other guests , so Tony and Frank took care to allow him to stay with the van and driver while others were on the formal tour. My husband accompanied Tony to nearby waiting places where Rich was allowed to meet and share personal experiences w local persons who were well known by Tony. Rich received a unique experience and his time on this tour became the highlight of his unforgettable visit to Israel. Wir waren bei der ersten Tour, die nach Jerusalem in deutscher Sprache durchgeführt wurde. Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe und Frank hat uns perfekt durch Jerusalem geführt. Auf der Fahrt wurden wir mit jeder Menge historischen Informationen gefüttert. Frank war als sympathischer und gut informierter Führer einfach super.

The guide, Frank, was extremely knowledgeable about Jerusalem and its very long history. The ride out to Jerusalem had a nice history lesson that set the stage for the whole day. Things started out pretty slowly on the mount of Olives, but in retrospect that was good as the day does get long. There are so many things to see over the day, it is good that they start in an unhurried way. There was plenty of time at each site to hear about it and ask questions and to see things. I would recommend the tour with Frank.

I can highly recommend the tour to Jerusalem. The tour guide was from Europe himself and led the tour in an interesting way. The historical details were interesting but not too overloaded, at the same time he was able to bring in his point of view, also the ambivalence of the country, the problems that arise from the coexistence of different ethnic groups, the historical burden and also the conflicts of the present that go along with it.
The size of the group was pleasant (18 people) and allowed enough questions. Overall a great tour and tourguide.

Thank you, Frank, for an informative and entertaining tour, striking just the right balance between the two. Took this tour with Frank and it was outstanding. Best Jerusalem tour you can do, it’s the only one I could find that does all of the major sites (church of holy Sepulchre, path/places where Jesus spent his last days, western wall, etc.). Frank has a deep knowledge of all the history: he explained Israel’s history, the current state, and information on all the stories from all religions. It’s really interesting and I highly recommend this tour - you need the full day in Jerusalem alone to see it all. We moved at a good pace, got through things pretty quickly but had enough time at the major sights to take pics and get a background on it. Frank’s super flexible so if you want to stray a bit to shop or anything else, he’s able to accommodate and give instructions to meet up after. Thank you!!

A truly remarkable experince

We visited Jerusalem in March 2023 and Frank was our tour guide. He turned out to be a truly knowledgeable and genuinely nice person guiding us (also with a pinch of humor) through meanders of convoluted history and places of Jerusalem. Apart from myself and my wife there was only a handful of other people from all over the world, therefore this trip was called ‘boutique’ for a good reason. Frank and Eyal – the driver created this memorable atmosphere in the bus where everyone felt welcome. We genuinely enjoyed the entire trip. By the way, the lunch was also very good as we all sat together sharing simple, but very good local food. Highly recommendable!

Wonderful experience with a pretty small batch of folks. Frank was a great guide and the tour fit in a lot of things to do in one day. From the reservation process to the transport provided everything is professional, clearly communicated and seamless. Jerusalem is quite a lot on the senses and having a structured path from the Mt of Olives to the Holy Sepulchre and the Wailing Wall with visits to a local restaurant and coffee shop thrown in and Frank's detailed explanation of the history of the place made it an engaging day. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to get to experience Jersualem and is crunched short on time.

Not what you would expect - in a good way.

I am not a tour guy. The idea of a group tour until now has always given me the heebie-jeebies. You always see these people in huge groups with matching scarves or such and a little flaggy thing running around, listening like drones to some rehearsed lecture and slowly moving through tourist attractions falling over each other. Not so here. We took the full-day tour of Jerusalem. We highly recommend this smaller group tour limited to about 12 people. In my opinion, it offered the benefit of a group tour without the drawbacks. Upon booking, they were extremely professional in the communication to confirm and re-confirm (shortly before the actual tour) the details and pickup point. They were right on time. Frank, our tour guide, was fantastic. He is knowledgeable, humorous, and kept us on track. Having to have had to navigate ourselves through all the sights would have made it exhausting. They even picked us up mid-tour to drive us closer to the next sight. This is tremendous in saving on the walking and it was a bit chilly that day. Be sure to dress accordingly if visiting during the winter months. The elevation is high and you start very high at the Mount of Olives. There are vendors selling hats, scarves, etc. should you need something more, but it can be windy and chilly. The amount that we were able to see, enjoyably, and having someone guide us was priceless. It is also nice to have others to take photos of you or your group at these amazing sights and made it easy/private to access later, after the tour was finished. Our whole group opted for the rooftop lunch at the recommendation of and with our tour guide. It was delicious (especially that red eggplant dish)! It was a wonderful day visiting Jerusalem, a city rich with such beauty and history. In the end, in large part to Frank and the group size, it felt more like touring with friends.

Small and personal tour

We took a tour to Jerusalem accompanied by Frank.
It was our first time there and I would recommend anyone who is a little concerned about what the news are telling us to do the same.
I love the fact that the tour is only a small group so you don’t end up in a huge bus.
The tours leave don’t leave too early so this allows you to enjoy your breakfast at your place.
They don’t take you on a shopping trip but allow you to do so during lunch.

Frank took the time to share some historical info on our way into Jerusalem which was very helpful too!

Absolutely amazing
Jerusalem Boutique Tour from Tel Aviv

Our guide was Frank. I’d request him if you can. His job is to essentially explain things that be very boring unless you are a Bible major. He does it in such an entertaining way and so informative. I was here for work, and hesitant for a 10hr trip alone. I can’t tell you how happy I am to of gone. It was literally INCREDIBLE. Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t be cheap a bad driver and guide can ruin your day.

What can we say…. This tour was simply amazing!!!! Anyone wanting to visit Jerusalem should book this tour because you just won’t regret it. The whole experience was so well organised from pick up and drop off points, the strong wifi on the bus (sooo important for tourists), and the gorgeous restaurant we went to for lunch. We were so impressed!

Our group was quite small, so I think this allowed for a very unique and personalised experience. Our tour guide Frank was a superstar!!! The knowledge he shared throughout the tour was mind blowing. He was kind, thoughtful and caring, but also really funny, which created such a wonderful atmosphere for all of us.

I would definitely do this tour again or any tour with Frank and his team, as it was such a special experience.

Jerusalem with Frank

Picked up in Tel Aviv 5 minutes before schedule. Our guide Frank was great - all day he kept us informed of / amused by what we were seeing en-route (eg. "the Space Station") and once we got to Jerusalem was full of knowledge of all the sites we saw. It was a busy, full day but we knew it would be. Because it was a holiday it was very crowded but being a smaller group we managed to wriggle through where other groups couldn't - a definite bonus. The trip did not disappoint and I would recommend a small group tour - THIS small group tour to others.

Incredible tour!

Incredible day trip. Be prepared to learn, Frank is a wealth of information but makes everything fun. I'd only ever visited Jerusalem and seen in through a Jewish lens, so it was fascinating to see the Muslim and Christian sites this time. You will not regret booking this tour.

Hot but Wonderful
Tour guide was Frank. He was very good and informative even on the drive there. Masada was beautiful, though hot, and he gave us a ton of info while there. Getting to see some of the original architecture and setup of King Herod’s palace was wonderful. Masada is hot and direct sunlight most of the time so be prepared. Went to lunch after that where there is also a souvenir shop. Then we went to the Dead Sea which is beautiful and salty. Spent an hour there and there is a souvenir shop as well.

Frank I’m SO sorry for my late reply. I was arguing with my dad about who was booking the guide. I wanted to get you because Olivia spoke VERY highly of you. Just to let you know I’ve also sent your number to some friends who arrive in Israel today who are staying in tel aviv and want the Jerusalem day trip.
