Tour guide Gadi was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating throughout our private tour. His knowledge of Jerusalem was exceptional and his way of incorporating many viewpoints/religions/cultures was very respectful and greatly appreciated. He knew just how to go through Jerusalem to see the most, with short cuts and special side trips. Our driver was also accommodating even stopping and getting us umbrellas when it threatened rain. He dropped Gadi off and took us to meet our guide Saed in Bethlehem and then returned us to Gadi afterwards. He knew how to avoid traffic well on our return home. Saed was also friendly and knowledgeable and helped us obtain a particular souvenir we were looking for in Bethlehem.

Best Jerusalem boutique tour! Gadi was the best tour guide anybody could have asked for! We visited all the places described in the tour and learned so much about Jerusalem history. Eyal, our driver was so cool and kind! He shared a cold bottle of beer at the end of the tour providing a moment to reflect of all the things we have learned.

Enjoyed learning and visiting Jerusalem
Excellent tour, mr. G was a great guide and very knowledgeable about history and history of religions. Enjoyed learning that basically all of the hot spots for Christians in Jerusalem were randomly selected by the mother of Emperor Constantin. Would totally recommend.

Perfect single day Jerusalem tour

Perfect single day tour of Jerusalem. It was a reasonable length (9am-6pm) to cover just the must -sees. The entire trip was engaging and we didn't waste any time. There was a small break in the morning and an hour lunch in the afternoon. Gadi was super knowledgeable and open to questions. Tony (the driver) was accommodating picking us up and dropping us off. Bring water and snacks!! There are opportunities to get food and water but I was happy I brought my own because time was limited.

Bethlehem tour

Gadi and Yusuf are two amazing tour guide who went 100% the way to ensure our family of five enjoyed the day. He made time to even include other interesting sites and historical place that was not included in our purchase just to make it a full and well enjoyable day. He explained everything to the best of his knowledge, and please note he is very knowledgeable for us to understand. Our children even though quite small was able to join in on the tour and enjoy it. Perfect!
This tour was all I'd hoped for. With only 6 of us, Gabi was able to really help us to understand the culture and significance of the sites. We could all hear him and were able to ask questions, which doesn't happen with larger groups. I was impressed with his knowledge and genuine interest in what he was telling us, and more importantly, he could tell us from the perspective of all three religious traditions. Excellent tour; I highly recommend it.

I am glad that I decided to book this tour, a lot of tours in Jerusalem involve a lot of people but being that this one was a small group you can really enjoy every part of the tour. Gadi our tour guide was really knowledgeable and the pace of the tour was perfect to learn and explore as much as we could in one day. The pick up process was easy as well and really close to our hotel. Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore Jerusalem.

The tour guide Gadi was excellent- he gave us loads of information and was flexible. Everything was really well organized, we saw a lot of Jerusalem, had enough time in every place and I finished the tour with the desire to come back. The driving was quick, the minivan was equipped with a minibar and we got a fresh beer on our way back.

Gadi made our day in Jerusalem wonderful! The tour was well paced and felt complete. I couldn't ask for a better one day tour of this amazing city. Gadi was informative and very knowledgeable and was quick to adapt to the changing situations since we were there during Passover and Ramadan. They were accommodating for requests and very communicative. This was a breath of fresh air after some of the bigger tour groups. Thanks!

Walking in Jerusalem with all the history was really great and then finshed with a dip in the Dead Sea.

There was plenty of information received before our trip confirming pick up times and locations. The bus to from Tel Aviv was very comfortable and clean. Our guide Gadi was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Unfortunately we had really bad weather on our trip (cold and rain) and most of the group weren’t appropriately dressed for the weather, so Gadi gave his coat to one of the group for the entire day.
There were 16 in the group which was ideal as we could always hear Gadi and we didn’t have to wait for long times for toilet stops, etc.
I’d definitely recommend this tour to others

Gadi was very informative! The tour was lovely. I was by myself and felt very safe. Jerusalem is magical. It is nice to be with such a small group.

Amazing tour and guide. Really get to know the history of Jerusalem on a non rushed tour. They let you eat where you want and no forced shopping. Highly recommended

Fifteen English-speakers from different parts of the world walked Jerusalem together. It was the first Friday of Ramadan and many of the usual sites and routes were off limits. Gadi, our guide, expertly revised the route, often on the spot, and provided a deep and interesting account of the history of the city as we walked. I was particularly fascinated by Gihon Spring in David's City, a reminder of the importance of access to clean water from ancient times to the present. I also appreciated the historical discussion of King David's success in bringing together the disparate tribes, particularly now, at a time when the factions within this country are again sparring, maybe waiting for a new David. I found the pauses at the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher an opportunity to bring together history and spirituality. Lunch allowed glorious views of teh city. I can recommend this day without hesitation.

Gadi brought myself and my three adult children in the North of Israel, in Masada, the Dead Sea and Jerusalem. Gadi is a perfect guide! He has adapted the visits to our wishes and our available time, he answered all the so many questions of my children. He was always on time, he has avoided us to waste time, he ha a very good knowledge of the important points of the history of the sites, he is nice and accurate. His car was very comfortable. He thought about everything even the minus logistics details which was very important for us. I stromgly recommend him as the perfect guide.

Gadi Chelouche is an amazing tour guide! Very highly recommended! He is descended from one of the founding fathers of the city of Tel Aviv, so he has an incredibly deep knowledge of Israel. Although he is based in Tel Aviv, we actually did tours of Old and Modern Jerusalem with him. He is extremely well-versed on the facts and history of Israel, from ancient times until today. He has a respectful and thoughtful understanding of the opinions and viewpoints of many rival factions within Israel and of its historical opponents. He has an amazing grasp of the historical points of view of the religious Israelis, the secular Israelis, the left-wing, the right-wing, the Arabs, the Palestinians, the Jordanians, Saudis, Lebanese, British, French, Russian, Syrian, Iraqi, Iranian, and American interests in Israel. He never denigrates any rival factions and is respectful of all sides. He is not blinded by history or partisanship and is very honest in his explanations of the tumultuous history of the country. His English is very good and he has a dry sense of humor. Very highly recommended!!!!!!!

We had a great time in Israel thanks to Gadi. He understood our priorities, handled all of the logisitics and driving so we saw much more than we would have on our own. He enriched our trip with his in-depth knowledge of the country's history and his flexibility and unfailing good humor made the vacation fun and stress free.

Gadi was a fantastic guide. My teenage son was very interested in learning about the history of the Israeli-Arab conflict, and the Holocaust. Gadi spent one day taking us to a Moshav on the border of the Gaza Strip. Gadi had prearranged meetings with Israelis who lived on the Moshav to give my son a perspective on their lives there. We were also interested in seeing Yad Vashem, the Holocaust museum. Gadi had many specific insights into the exhibition that we would not have known had we visited it without him. Gadi is extremely knowledgable and also very personable.

We went with Gadi on the Heritage tour in April-May 2017. Gadi is the fountain of knowledge regarding the history of Israel. And with his natural flair and wit he made this trip unforgettable. So, another day, another tour, we want Gadi to be our guide again!

Gadi made our trip to Israel, SUPER SPECIAL!!!
I want to thank Gadi for all his efforts in making our trip to Israel very special & memorable forever. Without him knowing, there were a few things in my heart that I would have wanted to fulfill while at Israel. Gadi made all 3 come true. 1st-I really wished that my 14 year old son, who had his bar mitzvah last year, have a special experience at the Western Wall. Gadi took him to a Rabbi. The rabbi prepared Daniel with kippah, tallit, and tefillin for prayer at the Wall, the sang and danced too. Daniel was emotional when he came back. THANK YOU! 2nd- I really wanted to get baptized at the Jordan River. We didn't have a minister for a ceremony; But Gadi took us were Jesus was baptized, and where the waters parted for Elisha & the Isrealites to walk through; And like the Ethiopian Eunuch, who Philip baptized, me and my husband went in the waters to be submerged, while Gadi read the scriptures. SUPER COOL!!! 3rd- I really wanted to experience a boat ride at the Sea of Galilee & dance a Jewish jolly melody. WOW!!! He expressed in the bus while getting to the sea, that even though it is not part of our schedule, He always suggest to have a boat ride and dance, while we enjoy the sea. THAT WAS OUTSTANDING!!! I can't think Gadi enough, specially for these 3 things.
We are also extremely happy and amazed by all the awesome places we were able to see with him.
We the Garcias got a little attached to him. We loved his smile, his enthusiasm, and all the information he provided the group, about every single place. We felt safe, & very well taken care of by him. Every single tour day was SUPER! Looking now, at all the pictures taken from our camera, I can't believe all the things we did.
Please know Gadi, that we will never forget you. We will always keep you in our prayers and we will talk to everyone about how wonderfull you were. We definitely enjoyed Israel to the max. We are impressed!!!

Knowledgeable, dry humor, very hard working, an excellent tour guide
We spent 5 days with Gadi and enjoyed the whole trip. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of Israel, keeps the balance between religion and experience, and offers no bias. Tables were booked and available despite huge crowds, venues were expecting us. No request was too much trouble; in short everything, you could expect from a professional tour guide
