Fantastische tour door Jeruzalem

Wij hebben bij Booqify een prive tour door Jeruzalem geboekt. Het was een prachtige tour, Leontine was een hele goede gids. De tour was vooraf goed afgestemd en er was veel rekening gehouden met het feit dat wij een dochter van bijna 2 hebben. Menno heeft zelfs het autostoeltje van zijn eigen dochter aan ons uitgeleend zodat onze dochter veilig in de taxi van Tel Aviv naar Jeruzalem en visa versa kon reizen.
Leontine gaf veel uitleg, nam ons mee naar de belangrijkste plaatsen in de oude stad.

Visite Jerusalem, Masada, Ein Gedi, Qumran

2 jours pour visiter Jérusalem, la mer Morte, Ein Gedi, Masada et Qumran avec Leontine. Ce fut magique et Leontine est vraiment une vraie pro à qui vous pouvez poser toutes les questions que vous souhaitez. Je la recommande à 1000%. Merci à elle pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse.

Super journée !

Nous avions eu les coordonnées de Léontine via des amis et n’avons pas été déçus! En une journée, elle nous a fait le tour de la vielle ville de Jérusalem, avec circuit et timing parfaits pour éviter la foule.
Toujours dans la bonne humeur, elle nous a donné des explications très claires et a répondu à toutes nos questions sur l’histoire et la situation complexe de cette terre.
Sans guide, je pense que nous serions passés à côté de cette ville fantastique.

Visite parfaite

Nous avons effectué une visite de la vieille ville pendant 5 heures, Léontine est une personne très professionnelle agréable, qui connait parfaitement son pays. Nous a fait passé par des chemins afin d'éviter les attentes et la foule. Elle répond à toutes les questions. Nous la conseillons vivement.

J’ai été prise par le rythme soutenu de mes derniers jours de visite de Tel Aviv.
Malgré des journées très longues nous n’avons pas tout vu de la ville et que dire de votre pays...nous reviendrons certainement bientôt pour poursuivre notre découverte.
Sur vos conseils nous avons terminé l’après-midi à l’hôtel King David où nous avons pris un verre.

Wonderful day with Leontina
Review of: Private Tour Jerusalem Old City
We have spent fantastic day with Leontina. Her english was great for not native speakers. We catch up with everything. Leontina took care of us like we would be a friends, but in very professional level - she lets us try local bread with herbs and chalva. She took us to local restaurant for lunch. Always double checking if we are OK and with her. Because there we was a lot of information... I can highly recommend if you want to spent a good day in Jerusalem.

We zijn inmiddels weer huis van onze Israëlreis. Dit is een heel mooie en leerrijke reis geworden. Ook culinair zijn we verwend geweest en hebben een heel lekkere keuken ontdekt.

als onze reis geslaagd is, dan heb jij daar zeker een groot aandeel in. Onze rondleiding in Jeruzalem was gewoon prima en ook heel aangenaam.

Nogmaals bedankt, en je weet nooit dat we nog een keertje willen terugkeren, hoewel er in de wereld nog veel te zien en te leren valt.

Als we vrienden moeten adviseren, komen ze zondermeer bij jouw uit.

Een indrukwekkende citytrip die mede dankzij Leontine onvergetelijk is geworden

Met een klein gezelschap (4 personen) zijn wij 2 dagen met Leontine Cohen op stap geweest: 1 dag door de oude stad van Jeruzalem, en 1 dag naar het indrukwekkende Yad Vashem, het Holocaust monument. Mede dankzij haar is onze citytrip onvergetelijk geworden. Haar bevlogenheid, brede kennis en persoonlijke benadering maakten onze bijzondere reis nog meer bijzonder. In de oude stad kent ze een aantal locals, en weet ze precies waar je moet zijn voor een meer 'local experience', alles met veel ruimte en respect voor de verschillende religies, overtuigingen en culturen. In Yad Vashem kregen veel oorlogsslachtoffers 'een gezicht' door de persoonlijke verhalen die Leontine van zovelen wist te vertellen, waardoor ook het bezoek aan dit monument onvergetelijk werd. Kortom, een echte aanrader om met Leontine de Israel-ervaring tot iets heel bijzonders te maken!

A Lovely day in the Old City Leontine
Review of: Private Jerusalem City Walking Tour
We feel privileged that we had the chance to be shown around by Leontine.

She came to meet us at our place in the morning and we walked slowly to the Old City. We started with a coffee and croissant as we had not eaten breakfast and Leontine was very easy to chat with and immediately helped us to understand our neighbourhood better.

Her knowledge is vast and it was rare that she didn't have an answer to any of our ongoing questions. She knows her stuff and will actually provide you a great history lesson. We felt like we experienced more than just seeing the sights, we feel we received an education!

She also had a printed out booklet showing the different maps with their respective time periods labelled so we could understand the different stages the Old City had gone through. As a visual learner/tourist, it really helped to understand the historical and social significance. It shows she takes a lot of pride and joy in what she does.

She knows the best shops and restaurants to go to and it's clear she is well known and well liked in the area. We had the opportunity to meet other tour guides along the way who were also very friendly and it felt like a very warm and welcoming community.

Leontine is smart and very fun to spend the day with. This experience is so worth it and very highly recommended. We would give more stars if we could!

We had a wonderful private tour of Old Jerusalem with Leontine in November. She is absolutely amazing.
It was a very challenging family tour with my 12-year old son who is diagnosed with Autism and gets very distracted and cranky in crowded places like Old Jerusalem. Leontine made miracles throughout our tour. Besides the fact that she is very knowledgeable, kind and patient, she succeeded to help us get to the Holy Sepulcher without waiting in the long line. The whole family had a great time and we all learned a lot about the history of Old Jerusalem and Israel. We would definitely recommend anyone visiting Old Jerusalem to book a private tour with Leontine. You will leave spiritually enriched and happy.

I had the most enjoyable and informative day exploring the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the Old City of Jerusalem with my amazing guide, Leontine, today! Thank you!!

I had the great pleasure to visit Jerusalem with Leontine Cohen Pauka. She took us to places we'd never been before, and told us the most interesting stories. You could feel she understands well what she talks about and has you fascinated. Also she's very funny and kind. She took us to drink amazing coffe in the old city and we ate great food. Thank you for everything, we will be back.

Leontine is the best! Her knowledge of Old Jerusalem surpassed mine with the 12 years of Catholic School that I endured. I was interested in all the religions of the Old City and she kept me informed during the whole tour. She customized it for me by starting at 7:00 am instead of the usual 8 or 9. I was solo and she was very easy to be around for 6 hours. Her English is perfect which made it easier for me. I told her that I will give her a call when I return for other places that I may want to go! What a great experience for a great price! Thank you Leontine!
