I want to thank you for a simply spectacular stay in Israel. The trip was "sababa" and everyone had a blast! I am on the beach in tel aviv writing you this email. The waves are amazing and I am sipping on a beer...Not a bad final day!
Our guide Arik was amazing. He was not only knowledgeable but he was kind and patient with both the kids and the adults. He was flexible, funny and always positive. I have only the highest complements for him. When we come back to Israel again we will reserve him for sure!! Arik gave us a huge gift, that gift was his love of Israel. His commitment to this country and pride was contagious. I really can't say enough! My son Isaac cried when we said goodbye to Arik. Isaac did not want to say good bye to his new friend....Arik is truly a special man! Thank you for sharing him with us.
I am only sharing these details with you both because I know you would want the feedback. I know you aim for perfection and in the case of our trip you did it! Our trip was perfect! Thank you all for making this dream comes true. We will of course be in touch when we return to Israel in the future.

We loved all the places we visited, found you to be incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and genuinely enjoyed your company. We were so well taken care of by you that when you dropped us in Haifa on Sunday; we were at a bit of a loss to proceed on our own at first. You made our touring so easy that it took us a while to adjust to having to figure things out for ourselves. We did have a nice time in Haifa after all, though. After hearing from you about all of the Israeli inventions, our visit to the Technion provided a nice follow-up.
Irv, I would like to thank you for your recommendation of Eric Tomer as a tour guide. He was superb, helping make our family trip to Israel the extraordinary experience I hoped it would be. My wife, kids (11 and 14), and I had a marvelous time. Eric worked with me before the trip to refine the itinerary and, once we arrived, correctly read our interests and made numerous tactical decisions about what to do and where to go that were dead on. Having been to Israel a half dozen times since 1973, I had a fairly demanding agenda and can say there was not a single thing we did, over nine days, that led me to think we shouldn't have done it. He is focused, very knowledgeable, funny, and perceptive. His judgment is outstanding, and I recommend him without qualification. He was an essential part of a trip that I will remember as a benchmark in the life of our family.

Eric was born in Israel, and after a career in the IDF and the PMs office decided to become a tour guide so that he could share the beauty of his country with others. He speaks Arabic, English, French and Hebrew, and is extremely knowledgeable. We arranged a private tour for our family of four people, and were delighted with the 3 days we spent with Eric. He not only covered all the places on the suggested itinerary that I had provided, but included a number of worthwhile sights that I had not considered. He was also very flexible. Concerned that the IDF would close the West Bank border crossings for Israel's memorial and independence days, Eric on the fly arranged for a Christian Arab friend of his to provide us with a private tour of Bethlehem. You could not ask for a better person to show you the Holy Land.

What a day! We went to Caesarea, Haifa, Akko, and Meggido, a full day in Northern Israel. Between the ancient Roman ruins on the coast and the high tech industry section of Haifa, the contrast of life in Israel is incredible. We spent a great deal of time below ground exploring Crusader escape passages and secret tunnels inside ancient Hebrew fortifications. Our guide, Eric Tomer, was incredible in regards to knowledge and connections inside Israel. He brought history alive and made us feel that we were discovery these ancient cities for the first time.

Ils sont quand même bien arrivés en France, et sont déjà en Normandie. Je pense qu'ils regrettent le soleil d'Israël, car il fait 18 depuis notre retour, mais on va s'occuper d'eux.

Ce voyage fut pour moi plus qu'un voyage et depuis mon retour à Paris, je ne cesse de me poser des questions et de me repasser en boucle cette semaine pleine d'emotions et de decouvertes.Tu as ete un guide remarquable et je sais que chacun(e) d'entre nous pour des raisons differentes à senti son coeur battre pour autre chose que la decouverte des paysages et des vieilles pierres.
Il y a tant de choses que j'aimerai savoir et comprendre......je m'y applique et je reviendrai.

Ce voyage n'aurait pu être le même sans toi, sans cette humanité qui est tienne, ta chaleur, sans omettre tes compétences.
Je n'ai pas eu de révélation divine, mais pourtant, ces moments m'ont donné envie de croire.
Lors de notre séjour, nous avons évoqué, il me semble trop brièvement, la notion de bonheur. Et bien, cela représente de réels moments de bonheur où l'on est séduit, charmé, troublé.
