From Liliesleaf history, to Lesedi Cultural and Tribal Village, where we will learn about the different tribes and how they live and what they eat, to visiting the arts and crafts market on display enabling you to buy gifts, and then onto a totally different but also exhilarating experience as we visit the Lion and Safari Park.

The Lion Park has one of the best mountain views of the Magaliesburg Mountains, near the Cradle of Mankind.

For city dwellers this is an enjoyable glimpse of life in nature, finding the peace and serenity of being in the outdoors.

Lesedi will give you an enjoyable and different first-hand experience into the lives of the SA peoples. It is r a truly beautiful experience.

Liliesleaf will give you a preview of the sorrow of the horrid past as opposed to the beauty of living in a democratic society.

ITINERARY

We start our journey from Johannesburg to Liliesleaf Farm in Rivonia, Northern Johannesburg.
This was the farm secretly used by the ANC activists in the 1960s to conduct political meetings, and where many prominent ANC members were arrested, leading to the Rivonia Trial.

From there we will travel 1. 5 hours to the colorful Lesedi Tribal and Cultural Village, where we will explore SA's glorious cultural diversity, and experience SA's rich culture first hand.
The superb talented musical and tribal dancing show will leave you totally overwhelmed.
We will then enjoy a delicious traditional buffet lunch.

Onto the Lion and Safari Park, where you will enjoy a guided game drive safari with an experienced game ranger, seeing lions, cheetahs, hyena and antelope and a variety of birdlife, learning about what the park has to offer and how the animals are cared for and fed.

Lion Cub interaction, where you get to play and mingle with the lion cubs ends this exciting day's tour as we head back to Johannesburg.
