Full itinerary
Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, Trek to Nepal travel and tour representative will pick you up from airport and we will be your trustworthy travel companion until you depart for your home country. We will accommodate our valued customers in three star hotel in
Kathmandu. We take care of the room and breakfast of our valued customers during their stay in Kathmandu Valley. O/N three star hotel at Kathmandu on b/b basis.
Day 2: Kathmandu Valley sightseeing. In Kathmandu Valley TTN representative tour guide takes our customers to the landmark sight of Kathmandu. Kathmandu Durbar Square which holds the political and historical values in Nepalese civilization. Apart from Kathmandu Durbar Square, we take our
customers to Swayambhu Nath Temple (Monkey Temple) which is the symbol of Harmony between Buddhists and Hindus from the very place we can get the splendid view of Kathmandu Valley and its outskirts. Furthermore, we take you to Pashupatinath Temple which is the holy place for hindu devotees and the holy cremation area which might interest you.O/N at three star hotel at Kathmandu on b/b basis.
Day 3: Early morning Fly to Lukla(2810m.) 30min. and Trek begin to Phakding(2652m.) .200mtrs descend and 50mtr ascend. The Lukla airport often called as Tenzing Hillary Airport is the world’s most dangerous airport. The thrill of landing in such an airport is an added experience to make. After a bagpack formality From lukla the Trek begin towards to Phakding via Chaunrikharka.On the way we will stop for lunch where you can enjoy snowcapped peak of kusum kangaroo and thamasherku after another hour walk you will reach phakding. Phakding is a small village in the Khumbu region of Nepal. It lies in the Dudh Kosi river valley just north of Lukla and south of Monjo, at an altitude of 2,610 m. It is a popular farming land for lowland Sherpa where you can see the activity of farming and cattle farming are being held. O/N at guest house

Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazar1000mtrs ascend 1oomtrs descend. After having breakfast your journey continues to wards to Namche bazaar, crossing
suspension bridge several times by enjoing the beautiful forest of pine trees and rhododendron till you reach Monjo the another nice settlement in this area .just beyond Monjo your trek will enters to the sagarmatha national park entry point where you have to register your entry permit so they can register your arrival. After this your journey to Everest continuous crossing Dudh koshi river and walking several up and down you makes you step climb near the confluence of two river Bhote koshi from the west and dudh koshi from the east have to cross dizzying high suspension bridge from the river. Here the straight climb begans to Namche Bazar where you will find trafficking of
people climbing up hill and the local person uses the police whistle to direct traffic. After an hour climb you will reach to the rest point where you can enjoy the view of Everest region,if the weather is nice. Start climb slowly and less steeply to Namche bazaar where you may have first effect of altitude may effect. Namche is a village and Village Development Committee (Namche) in Solukhumbu District in the Sagarmatha Zone of north-eastern Nepal. It is located within the Khumbu area at 3,440 metres (11,286 ft) at its low point, populating the sides of a hill. Namche is the main trading center and tourist
hub for the Khumbu region with many Nepalese officials, a police check, post and a bank. It is also the place for acclimatizing for the trekkers to go further towards to Everest base camp. O/N at guest house ,Breakfast/Lunch/Diner
Day 5: Acclimatization. The acclimatization process takes place in Namchebazar by taking short day hiking or relaxing by roaming around in the Namche itself. According to health experts the trekkers should always move while relaxing and acclimatizing in the altitude. So, we take our fellow trekkers to either short hiking or walking in and around Namche before setting up for the further trek. Trekkers can hike to the world’s highest placed hotel “The Everest View hotel” from where you can see the spectacular view of the Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Khangtega and other panoramic views of snow capped
mountains. The Khangtega mountain is unique on its geographical setting as it resembles the back pack of Horse riding. O/N at guest house ,Breakfast/Lunch/Diner
Day 6: Trek to Khumjung Village. 400mtrs ascend 70 mtrs descend. Pretty steep climb begins from Namche bazzar and keep climbing until we reach the Highest airstrip in the world, Shyangboche airport from where we can observ the spactular view of Everset, Nhuptse, Lhotse, Amadablam, Thamasherku and many more then fallow the main trail where Khumjung villager will take their cattle for grazing and we get near the village where there is a big high school taken care by Himalayan trust. Khumjung village is the largest
settlement of Sherpa community. The village cultivates the vegetables like carrot, potatoes etc. The village is popular for school opened by Sir Edmund Hillary which caters the higher secondary level. The nearby village from Khumjung is Khunde village which have the hospital treating people from snow frosts and other altitude sickness. O/N at guest house ,Breakfast/Lunch/Diner
Day 7: Trek to Dole. We trek the gradual uphill carrying the visual enigma of various snow capped mountains until Mong-la. The La refers to the top of the hill in Sherpa language. From here onwards you won’t be seeing any forests rather you will be seeing the bush. From Mong-la we move downwards to Phortse Tenga. There we will have the lunch break and we again set
upwards to Dole. On the way you will encounter the first sight of Cho-yu at 8201 m. O/N at guest house ,Breakfast/Lunch/Diner
Day 8: Trek to Machhermo. Early morning we trek uphill to Luja. On the way we will encounter the Sunpati herb which boasts the peculiar smell. Such smell creates nausea, headache to trekkers. Such smell is only in spring season when the Sunpati is blooming. The sickness is due to the florets of the sunpati. On the way to the Machhermo provides the fantastic view of Cho-o-you in front and Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Khangtega behind you. O/N at guest

Day 9: Trek to Gokyo Lake. The route gives us the chance to observe the 5 different lakes. The slight uphill and a slight flat land trekking leads us to the first lake. The normal walk to the second lake where we get to see the water swan which is supposed to have migrated from Australia. Then our journey continues to Gokyo Lake. The third lake is the unique and serene to
locals and the trekkers itself. The blue lake thrives us too be pristine and pure in our thinking. It is believed that if we see a swan in the Gokyo lake brings the extreme good luck. O/N at guest house ,Breakfast/Lunch/Diner
Day 10: Trek to Thangna after gokyo –ri hike in the morning(5357m.)4hrs.
Early morning the Gokyo ri gives us the chance to view the first sun rays in the top of Mt. Everest. The visual delight resembles to the golden statue as the first ray kisses the mountain top. The scene is the worthy of a heaven as described by Shakespere in his famous novels i.e. the blue lake beneath us and the golden mountains up above. The feel gives us the adrenaline rush and feeling of being above the clouds. We trek further to Thangna via Cho-yu Glacier. O/N at guest house ,Breakfast/Lunch/Diner
Day 11: Trek to Dzongla – via Cho-La Pass(5367m.)
It is recommended that we take this part of trek very early than usual to avoid snow melting and chilly wind on top of the Cho-La. The trail is hard to find but the pebbles rack made by trekkers would help us to head towards the correct path. This gives us the unique experience of fear of unknown. Sometimes drifting without the knowledge of where we are heading gives us the chance to test our perseverance and will power. Cho-La pass possesses the thick ice round the year. At the summit of Cho-la all your tiredness would vanish by very feeling of being above the world. This would be the hard and long day because of hard ice route. The thin air and steep surface slows down our pace. Then further down upon reaching to hotel in Dzongla, you will have the extreme

Day 12: Trek to lubuche The trek to lubuche would be the normal and easier as compared to yesterday’s trek. The beautiful landscape and victorious mindset as well as the short route makes this part of trek the memorable one. So we will make an easy hike to Labuche for our lunch camp and the rest of the day will be for relaxing. O/N at guest house ,Breakfast/Lunch/Diner
Day 13: Trek to Gorakshep 250mtrs ascend and to base camp5360 mtrs.
From lubuche to Gorakshep we start to see the north ridge of Everest along with Mt. Pumori, Mt. Mahalangur, Mt. Lingtern, Mt. Khumbutse, Mt. Nuptse, etc. Little walk down would take us to Thangma Riju from where we can have the glory of 360 degree sight of snowy mountains. Climbing steeply up to the top through the torrent of Changri Glacier, we catch our first glimpse of Kala Patthar, a grey-green knoll beneath the Mt. Pumori. As we reach Gorak Shep, we will find snow-capped mountains looming all around us including the top of the world - Mt. Everest. After a brief lunch and rest, we start our goal the trek to Everest Base Camp through the once vast Gorak Shep Lake. Upon arriving here we will be greeted with the lots of colorful tents of people vying to conquer the Mt. Everest. At this very juncture we can feel relaxed that we have achieved

Day 14: Morning Hike to Kalapatthar and back to Dingboche.
375mtrsascend 615mtrs descend. The best place to snap pictures of panoramic view of snow capped mountains. The Kalapatthar gives you the lifetime opportunity to witness kissing of morning sun rays at the tip of several mountains including the Mt. Everest. All our tiredness and the hardship
would vanish with the majestic scenery that you can see from here. You will feel as if the heaven and earth is actually connected right here. These moments are the most precious part of this trekking. Once you get back to your normal setting the memory of these panoramic views would always motivate you. Day 15: Trek to Tyangboche 500mtrs descend and200mtrs ascend.
Day 16: Trek to Namche Bazar. 500mtrs descend and200mtrs ascend.
After a panoramic view from Tyangboche monastery we will have a breakfast then make a short visit to monastery on the occasion of morning performance then continue our journey down hill to the river and climb up to sanasa .After tea break at sanasa we continue our journey to Namche Bazzar where our lunch camp will be together. Day 17: Trek to Phakding. 100 mtrs ascend 950mtrs descend. After breakfast we will start our descend journey to Fakding Start slowly with your Himalayan memory on mind and try to make pleasant journey make sure that you will
not heart your knees because it’s a really good downhill. Same processor will be done at Jorsalle we have to exit from national park then pleasant walk to Fakding. O/N at guest house ,Breakfast/Lunch/Diner
Day 18: Trek to Lukla.
Trek to Lukla150mtrs descend 300mtrs ascend.
Today is the last day of your walking holiday. Just walk slowly with beautiful sceneries of Himalayas on mind. The last day of trekking. At this juncture we will have fun while trekking with some songs on popular Nepali folk tunes, we will share the pictures that we took and the memories that we cherished. Day 19: Fly back to Kathmandu.(farewell dinner)
We head back to Kathmandu and as earlier the accommodation will be provided along with the breakfast in a three star hotel in Kathmandu. On spare day you can roam around Thamel or other major touristic areas at Kathmandu and do some shopping of Nepali souvenir for your friends and families. Fare well dinner will be held either in a typical Nepali restaurant in Kathmandu with cultural programs or with the Trek to Nepal guide family on our farm house in Goldhunga. Day 20: Departure to the final destination. we will drop you to Tribhuban international airport by private airport transport.We always feel very sad at this very juncture that our companion of trekking for the moment ends here and in the meantime we also feel relaxed that we were able to serve you with the best trekking experience that you ever get in your lifetime while trekking.
