Hluhluwe–Imfolozi Game Reserve, is the oldest proclaimed nature reserve in Africa. It consists of 960 km² of hilly topography 280 kilometres north of Durban in central KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and is known world-wide for its rich wildlife and conservation efforts. It is home to the big 5 and many other animals as well as a large array of bird and plant species. A drive inside this game reserve also offers spectacular views and scenery.

TOUR TIMES

• 5:00am – Pick up at hotels, airport and port and depart from Durban


• 8:00am – Arrive at Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Reserve to begin safari tour, immediately embarking on a game drive upon arrival


• 12:00pm – Stop-over for lunch.


• 1:00pm – Continue safari looking for wildlife


• 3:00pm – Depart Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Reserve


• 6:00pm – Arrive back in Durban for drop offs at hotels, airport and port.
