Day 01Arrive at Kathmandu (1350m). overnight at hotel.Once you land in Nepal, we will pick you up from the Tribhuwan International Airport. You will be safely dropped to your hotel. After freshening up, you can walk around Thamel or nearby areas to observe the inner streets of Kathmandu.

Day 02pre-trip meeting and Kathmandu city tour.After breakfast, we will have a pre-trip meeting, where we will give you information about the trek. You can clear all your doubts and curiosities in mind. After the meeting, we visit major touristic destinations like Basantapur Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Nath Stupa, and Boudhanath Stupa.

Day 03Fly to Lukla (2885m.) and trek to Phakding (2652m.)3 hours.The 35-minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla will be one of the most exciting flights in your lifetime. On reaching Lukla, we will begin our trek to Phakding. The trail is short (3 hours); yet, it will be an interesting beginning with the yaks, terraced fields, Dudh Koshi River and the mountains.

Day 04Trek from phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m.)6 hours.From Phakding, we will trek along the Dudh Koshi River banks and also climb steep trails. We will enter Sagarmatha National Park on this day before reaching Namche Bazaar in about 6 hours. Namche Bazaar is also known as the gateway to Mt. Everest and is a trading hub.

Day 05Rest and acclimatization day at Namche bazaar (3440m.)In order to prepare and acclimatize our body to the high altitude and low temperature, we will rest at Namche Bazaar on this second day of the trek. Nevertheless, we can hike up to the Everest View Point and see scenic Everest himalayan range.

Day 06Trek from Namche bazaar to Tengboche (3860m.)5 hours.From Namche Bazar, we cross the Dudh Koshi River and pass through pine forests. In about 5 hours, we will reach Tengboche. The Tengboche monastery, with the mountain views behind, will certainly give us a positive energy and a peace of mind to complete the trek.

Day 07Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4410m.)5 hours.The trail from Tengboche is mostly downhill. We will cross Imja River to enter Imja Valley. The day includes about 5 hours of the trek to reach the traditionally rich Sherpa village Dingboche, where we will be spending our night.

Day 08Acclimatization day at Dingboche (4410m.)At Dingboche, we will rest for a day to acclimatize to the altitude. We can hike up to Nangar-Tsang hill, a trail that allows us to adapt to the environment. The climb also provides awesome mountain views.

Day 09Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m.)5 hours.After spending a day at Dingboche, we will leave for Lobuche which takes a total of 5 hours walk. Gaining some altitude, we pass by many memorial stupas and cross Khumbu Glacier, and Pheriche valley.

Day 10Trek from Lobuche to everest base camp (5364m.) via Gorekshep (5181m.)6 hours.On this day, we will reach Everest Base Camp at 5364 m. From Lobuche, we start walking, with views of the beautiful mountains in the backdrop. We will pass through a small Lodge settelment, Gorakshep on the way. We will trek for about 6 hours on this day.

Day 11Hike to Kalapattar (5545m.) descend to Gorakshep and trek to Pheriche (4210m.)5 hoursThe view of Everest and other peaks from Kalapatthar is purely divine. Thus, we will hike up to Kalapatthar which takes about 2 hours in total. After the return from Kalapatthar, we will gradually descend to Gorakshep which is a frozen lakebed covered with sand. From Gorakshep, we head towards Pheriche, where we will spend our nights at.

Day 12Trek from Pheriche to Namche bazaar 6-7 hours.Tracing the way back, we will cross the forests, bridges and the trail once again. From Pheriche, the descent to Namche Bazaar takes about 6-7 hours.

Day 13Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla.6 hours.Today, we will walk from Namche Bazar to Lukla, bringing our trek to an end. The return takes about 6 hours. We will spend our night at a lodge at Lukla.

Day 14Fly back to Kathmandu.We will fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla, encountering the thrilling flight by and by. On the off chance that the flights are early, we can likewise stroll around Kathmandu and spend time for shopping.

Day 15Free day and farewell dinner with Frolic Adventure.The day is left for you to spend it in your way. You can visit major destinations at Kathmandu. In the evening, we will be hosting a farewell dinner to bid you goodbye and celebrate our successful trek.

Day 16Departure to international airport for your final flight.On your last day at Nepal, we will drop you off at the airport for your safe return to home.
