6 Days Masai Mara Wildebeest Migration Safari Holiday

Day 01: Arrive in Nairobi

Pick up from the airport on arrival and transfer you to Nairobi comfort Hotel for overnight stay in readiness for a holiday safari the following morning.

Day 02: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 08:00 and drive west for Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. After lunch game drives is planned in the park coming back to the camp later in the evening. Maasai Mara Game Reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants and well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeests and zebras, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live very close to the game reserve. Dinner and overnight will be at Mara Sidai Camp. Meal Plan Lunch and Dinner.

Day 03: Maasai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, you will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for a game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. You will then break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight will at Mara Centrim Luxury. Meal Plan Lunch and Dinner.

Day 4: Discover the Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, we have morning and evening game drives in the park. The Mara is one of the richest wildlife spectacular scenery for the annual migration, the Masai Mara wildebeest migration is no considered to be one of the wonders of the world, especially as they cross the Mara River.

Day 5: Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, begins with a drive to papyrus-fringed Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch. With over 400 species of bird, this freshwater lake is a birding Paradise. Along the lake’s fabled waters, we are bound to see some of the area’s more intriguing species—hippos, giraffes, buffalo and even the arboreal Columbus monkey. Evening boat ride in the lake coming back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at a budget hotel meal plan breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 6: Naivasha – Drive to Nairobi

We enjoy an early breakfast and then we drive to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. We have lunch at the Carnivore restaurant hotel. After lunch you will be driven to the airport to catch your international flight back home.
